Delicious pasta and other goods (the zucchini bake is amazing).
Our delivery once arrived upside down in a bashed box, but Vera the representative sorted out a solution very quickly, including an extra tiramisu!

Rip off marketing that takes advantage of stupid people like me.
Bought a first order for my daughters birthday as it had been recommended and she loves pasta. To place the order you have to tick a subscription box. I thought I might buy her a few boxes for a couple of weeks or so because she likes pasta. So randomly ticked a weekly subscription with the expectation that I would be asked if I wanted something this week and what did I fancy?
But no, instead they just sent stuff without asking. Daughter went away last week and in this heat there were maggots crawling out of the box by the time she got back.

They did confirm by email they were doing this but it was hidden in amongst the many "please review us" emails........ I complained and asked for a refund but the bloke said it was clear in the terms and conditions......

So here is my review.

Vicious american marketing strategy trying to rip people off.

Pasta maybe good but this company is nasty.

Our team did the pasta academy course. From start to finish it was excellent.

Our chef Roberta was great, brilliant tuition, high energy and went the extra mile.

Really good fun and great team building event. Would highly recommend.

There was a minor issue with my last order. Vera responded to my email super quickly - went out of her way to help. I am a regular subscriber to Pasta Evangelists; they food is excellent, and their customer care is impeccable. I would recommend signing up to receive regular deliveries - the food is beautifully prepared, and tastes outstanding.

Amazing food and the one time I had an issue it was resolved within minutes. A little than supermarket stuff but worth the extra. Not everyday food but a lovely treat or payday treat

Amazing quality food and outstanding service! Decent prices and great portion sizes! I would definitely recommend!

This company cannot be trusted. They hand out vouchers which expire almost immediately. Upon contacting customer service, they just confirmed the vouchers cannot be used. The vouchers did not mention an expiry date, but invalidating them within just 2 days of handing them out is rather aggressive. I guess they hope clients who have gone through the effort of browsing their website and selecting food, will order anyway, even if the promised discount no longer works.

Amazing pasta, genuinely restaurant quality! Customer service have been amazing! The one time I contacted them because yodel didn't deliver on time I got an answer back super quick and they were extremely helpful.
